[Maine-birds] Pebble Cove Road is NO ACCESS to birdwatchers

Hello,

Yesterday I  talked to a resident that lives on Pebble Cove Rd., Cape Neddick.  He is asking that birdwatchers DO NOT COME INTO THE AREA.
