Comments: Running with the dog and bino's we found 7 Pine Grosbeak foraging in the Crab apple tree in front  of Z Studio on Albert Meadow Street

Comments: Bruce and I spent some time observing a Coopers Hawk sitting in a tall Red Pine in Agamont Park Bar Harbor. Possible here for the winter months working on Starlings, Pigeons , MODO and or unsuspecting Feeder birds attracted to human feeding stations.

Common Eider (Somateria mollissima) 9

Cooper's Hawk (Accipiter cooperii) 1 Not sure about sex but good views with bino's and no camera! Gave us some frontal views in the warm sun on a 22 F morning. Bright sunshine lit up her left flank and stretching her wings. We ran off to get the camera, but no luck..she had flown.

American Crow (Corvus brachyrhynchos) 5 one distinctly close to us giving alarm calls
