It was a lovely morning to be out, and I ended up walking around the entire lake, though this required a bit of bush whacking. I had Palms, Yellow-rumps, and a couple Pines. Most were seen and heard on the far side of the lake. Nice to hear all three singing. Several Swamp Sparrows were singing too at the lake's SW edge. And both Kinglets active and singing all along my walk. An Osprey was actively and successfully fishing. Had a Red-tailed Hawk and Kestrel fly by. On my return, I found 2 Rusty Blackbirds along the typically active path leading to the lake.
Dipped on the Am. Bittern and Barn Swallow.
