Hi all,
Katrina Fenton arrived at the location of the NORTHERN LAPWING at 5:30 this morning. I just talked to her, and there is no sign of the bird (or other birders), but dense fog is precluding a thorough evaluation of this and other nearby fields.
I'll let you know if she turns anything up, but if you're heading to the area, more eyes on more fields would be useful. It is possible the bird moved to a roosting location last night and will return to feed as the sun slowly works its way through the fog. Possible, but...
Good luck to all!
