[Maine-birds] Unity Pond migrants

Rusty Blackbirds were seen again this morning near the boat launch. There were at least 36 but they didn't stick around.  More interesting (to me at least) was the arrival of the first "sea ducks" of the season (that I have seen here).  Early there was a flock of 34 Black Scoters with 6 Greater Scaup.  Later, a flock of Common Eider dropped in and were still in the middle of the pond at 10:30 when I left.

Good birding,
tom
