The Caracara on Rte 2 a couple miles west of Norridgewock was reportedly along the road on one of the power poles, next to the farm field opposite the Waste Management land, at 11am today. Of course I arrived at 11:30. The farmer was out haying near the road and said the bird has been there for about a week and a half and is best seen from about 6-7am or 4:30-6pm.
