[Maine-birds] An old Caracara report from NH

Crested Caracara has yet to be included on the official state list for
New Hampshire; however, there is an old report from 1965. From the NH
Audubon Quarterly Vol 18, No. 4:

> "A Caracara in Newton the first of August was being fed canned
> dog-meat. Rumor had it
> that some Caracaras were being illegally sold in Boston and this bird
> may have been one
> released"........Vera Hebert

Needless to say, this record was dismissed as an escape.
