[Maine-birds] Schoodic Point : Yellow-breasted Chat, and

A first year YBCH was skulking through some jack pines at the
Schoodic Point SeaWatch this morning at 8:45, minutes before the official timeframe of 6:45 to 9 AM ended.
Also had 3 Bohemian waxwings fly over, one of which was vocal; then birds landed and (one) seen with scope.

Count results:

1668 Double-crested Cormorant
57 Common Loon
151 Common Eider
23 Common Grackle (one flock)
22 Northern Gannet
18 Red-breasted Merganser
14 Surf Scoter
41 Scoter sp. - Surf/Black Scoter - too distant for positive ID
6 Long-tailed Duck
5 Bonaparte's Gull
3 White-winged Scoter
1 Red-throated Loon

Others: HEGU. GBBG, and RBGU
Merlin -2
Pine Siskin (heard 2X)
Hairy Woodpecker 3
Yellow-rumped warblers 5+
Palm warbler 2
Red-breasted Nuthatch 1
