[Maine-birds] Bradbury Mountain Hawkwatch Starts Sunday!

Hi all,

The 9th year of the Bradbury Mountain Spring Hawkwatch, sponsored by Freeport Wild Bird Supply and Leica Sport Optics, is set to kick off on Sunday. Through May 15th, we'll have an "Official Counter" stationed at the summit from 9-5 every day, weather permitting.

Of course, the current weather forecast might delay the start a little, but we hope to get at least a few hours of coverage in on Sunday. Daily totals will be posted to Maine-birds and the BirdHawk listserve. For more information about the project, this year's counter, and links to data and a summary of last spring's count, visit:
