Passing along an early report of Piping Plovers returning to Maine. On Sunday single birds were seen at Ogunquit Beach (http://ebird.org/ebird/hotspot/L1797196) and Goose Rocks Beach (http://ebird.org/ebird/hotspot/L165151), with two at Goose Rocks today.
