[Maine-birds] Please MUST READ if visiting Sanford Lagoons

Hello,
There is construction on the north east side of the plant which may
last into the summer.
PARKING: two places: The normal parking for visitors. The other
place is as you come through the inner, or second gate, stay to the right
and go to the end, (keeping the fence on your right), go past where the
driveway goes to the left. You can park in that area up to the gate. The
gate in front of you is the new gate to go into the ponds.
ENTRANCE TO PONDS: As previously stated the gate at the end of the
road, is the new gate to go through into the ponds. The gate closer to the
plant is closed. That is where the construction is going on.
Regardless of where you park they are asking that you still log in and out
for your visit.
SO to be clear, as you come out the building after signing in you will
go LEFT around the building and when you get around to the back side you
will go to the right to get to the gate to get into the ponds. You may walk
around all the ponds as normal.
You may ask for the key to go through the north gate to go around
the back side of the solid fill area. YOU MAY NOT GO INTO THE SOLID FILL
AREA!! The north gate is by pond #3, all the way to your left as you enter
the ponds.
My visit today produced the following birds
Happy birding,
