[Maine-birds] Upland Sandpipers, Jonesboro

I saw three upland sandpipers alongside the road while driving home through the blueberry barrens in Jonesboro this afternoon. Farm workers were busy moving hives of honeybees around, so keep your windows up if you see fields with blossoms.  Lots of kestrels about too, as well as a singing brown thrasher.
