[Maine-birds] a few good birds from Acadia National Park

Yesterday, on a hike up Acadia National Park’s Penobscot and Sargent Mountains, we scored a few good notable birds:

• 25 Horned Larks at the top of Sargent Mountain
• 1 Orange-crowned Warbler on the lower slope of Penobscot Mountain’s South Ridge Trail
• 5 Red Crossbills flew over on the way up Penobscot Mountain
