Yesterday, on a hike up Acadia National Park’s Penobscot and Sargent Mountains, we scored a few good notable birds:
- 25 Horned Larks at the top of Sargent Mountain
- 1 Orange-crowned Warbler on the lower slope of Penobscot Mountain’s South Ridge Trail
- 5 Red Crossbills flew over on the way up Penobscot Mountain
