We walked out on Little Moose Island off the Schoodic this afternoon and saw a very confiding "Ipswich Sparrow" in the heather/crowberry groundcover (it also walked across a rock ledge!). A flock of 15 Pine Siskins were also interesting....
Has anyone birded this little island during spring migration?
