Yesterday and again today we have a beautiful adult male Red-bellied Woodpecker coming to our suet feeder and foraging around our house in Pembroke, ME.
-- Yesterday I birded Sweet Grass in Perry, ME looking for the Sedge Wren found by Chris Barlett this past weekend but no luck. I did have nice views of an adult male Northern Pintail in the large pond and a small flock of Horned Larks harassed by a Sharp-shinned Hawk.
Cheers,
Woody Gillies
