[Maine-birds] Additional Highlights This Week, 10/27-10/30

Hi all,

After a long weekend out of state,  a few more highlights for me over the past four days included:
- 2 "INTERIOR/BAY" NELSON'S SPARROWS, 1 SALTMARSH SPARROW, 5+ subvirgatus Nelson's Sparrows, and several unidentified "sharp-tailed" sparrows, along with 1 American Tree Sparrow (first of fall), Eastern Road, Scarborough Marsh, 10/27 (with Jeannette).
- 37 Pectoral Sandpipers, 35 Dunlin, 33 White-rumped Sandpipers, 25 Black-bellied Plovers, 20+ Greater Yellowlegs, and 4 Wilson's Snipe, Eastern Road, 10/27 (with Jeannette).
- 4 Northern Pintails, Grondin Pond, Scarborough, 10/27 (with Jeannette).
- 16 American Coots, 7 Ruddy Ducks, etc, Prout's Pond, Scarborough, 10/27 (with Jeannette).
- 2 Common Grackles, our yard in Pownal, 10/29.
- 1 ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER and 1 Gray Catbird, Kettle Cove, Cape Elizabeth, 10/30.
- 1 Indigo Bunting, private property in Cape Elizabeth, 10/30.
- 1 Blackpoll Warbler and 1 "Western" Palm Warbler, Pond Cove, Cape Elizabeth, 10/30.
- 2 Common Grackles, feeders here at the store, 10/30. 

Not a bad few days!
