[Maine-birds] Popham Beach in the fog

Actually quite a nice morning at Popham; zero humans, Good numbers of shorebirds, and enuf light to make photos look good on the LCD, but not so much at home on the monitor. Unable to determine gullage across the river mouth, but there were glimpses of many GBBGulls. Highlights:

BBPlovers - 19
Am Golden Plover - 3 (2 continuing for a long time)
Semipalm. Plover - 36 (1 tagged and flagged)
Dunlins: 37+
Semi Sands - 5
WR Sands - 2
Sanderlings - 5, then 7, then 19, finally 46 feeding in the lagoon
GYLegs - 2 (but many more, unseen and undiscovered in Spirit Pond)

1 Ad Bald Eagle cruised thru under the radar, but above the fog; created no stir
