[Maine-birds] Warren village

A pair of Barrows Goldeneyes with several Commons below the Main Street bridge this morning. A mixed flock of waxwings feeding on apple drops for the past week. A male Red-bellied Woodpecker joined an overwintering female this week. Two young were fledged in the neighborhood last summer. Elver fishermen are now scoping out the river in anticipation of placing their seasonal nets.
