[Maine-birds] Upland Sandpiper - Seal Island NWR

Hi all,

Back again on Seal Island NWR for another field season! Quite quiet out here right now but, we were all delighted to have an Upland Sandpiper on the island today. Quite the unusual find out here. I have to check the database of bird sightings for Project Puffin but, I believe this could be a new island record after nearly 30 years of having observers on Seal Island NWR during the seabird nesting season.

Good Birding,

Keenan Yakola
