[Maine-birds] Lingering Eastern Screech-Owl - York

A colleague of mine brought in a recording of a bird call he heard in his neighborhood the night of Oct 16th. 

It was a distant call, but it was clearly the whinny of an EASTERN SCREECH-OWL. This was in the same neighborhood that the bird was found in early this year.

The most recent eBird sighting is from early August, but it sounds like the bird might still be around.

It might be worth checking out.
