[Maine-birds] Maine birds

Someone sent me a bird singing in their yard. It is not familiar to me and I'd really like to know. It is a clear song. There are a few introductory notes then goes into a pattern that sounds like choo choo repeated. The first choo is one step above the second choo and the accent is on the second choo (syllable). So to make it relatable think "I'm good, I'm good, I'm good." It is not a Cardinal. The bird was heard in a wooded area in Troy.Any suggestions please?
