[Maine-birds] ANCIENT MURRELET at Machias Seal Island now!

Kyle Lima sent photos of a breeding plumage Ancient Murrelet amidst Razorbills on the water around Machias Seal Island this morning. Kyle and 40+ students from UMO have seen the bird.

It makes sense to presume this is a returning bird first found last year on May 13 at Seal Island NWR and also seen at both Petit Manan and Machias Seal until early June.
