[Maine-birds] Redstart. Laudholm Farm Wells

Went to look for bobolinks, found none, but was pleased to find one warbler this afternoon. American Redstart in shrubs near the beginning of that habitat just past the meadow overlook. Also one or possibly two different Brown Thrashers, one singing away at top speed, so that I thought mockingbird until I saw it. Often I have seen an active mocker on the trail near the House Wren nest, but not today.
No bluebirds in sight, but at least 5 starlings, one chasing a thrasher near the parking lot.
Sorry, no nesters at home except the reported phoebe. There could be a Pileated W. nest around the corner. Have to check that out.
