[Maine-birds] Frankfort Birds

My DE Junco was the first to be on the deck this morn. He hasn't be here for a couple weeks.  Poor thing.  Took video of him fighting the elements with snow piling up on his back trying to eat. Then a gust blew him off the deck.  The chickadee's did not show up until an hour ago.  The usually come one at a time but I had 5 trying to hang on to suit and feeders and getting blown around pretty bad.  

The indoor parrots also survived a 5 hour power outage, with the indoor temp down to 48F.  That was pushing it for them but they had every blanket except the one I kept for me over them and one of the older ones has a Happy Hut to keep her cozy.  They are tired but are eating up all their food.  Then we will hit the perch for a nap before I go out to snowblow my 1/4 driveway.  May all birds and creatures stay as warm and safe as possible today. :)
