Comments: Some of the birds I saw this afternoon. 41F today and ....dare I say... signs of spring.

Barred Owl (Strix varia) 1 WHOO-AL at dawn a call which blew us all out of bed.

European Starling (Sturnus vulgaris) 73 found roosting at North East Creek in the old dead tree

Comments: The overlook was beautiful today with a weak southerly wind nipping my left ear.

Comments: Clark Cove is iced in to about 200 feet out where the ducks and Gulls are hanging out. The Ice is creaking and breaking as the tide comes in. Gray skies 41F with little southerly wind. No surprises here.
