[Maine-birds] Strawberry Island Snowy Owl still there

This morning I went to the island and the owl was there in plain sight. You could see it from the street without binoculars. I did not photograph it at that time -8:00am. I came back again at 11:00am and it was still there, just a little further out but I took some photos of it. There was also a juvenile Bald Eagle there for a short time.
Yesterday I was in Wells and saw quite a few sea birds in the harbor and it was nice to see these Seals relaxing on the nice soft marsh grass, instead of the rocks were I usually see them. They certainly kept there eyes on me as I photographed them but never got nervous and slid into the water. I thanked them for posing for that family photo!

  Happy Birding.......              Ken
