[Maine-birds] Stilt Sandpipers, Pec, Am Oystercatchers at Scarborough

David Ladd, Steve Neumeister and I birded Scarborough this afternoon.

Shorebirds were scarce on the pans but there were four worn adult Stilt Sandpipers. a single Pectoral Sandpiper and a big bushel-full of Little Blue Herons, 13 adults together at one point.  Other shorebirds routine and not numerous.  Both sharp-tailed sparrows conspicuous, especially the Nelson's.

At Pine Pt., 4 Am Oystercatchers, 2 adults and 2 young, 4 Roseate terns, and everything pretty much routine.

Best, Peter
