This afternoon at Sabattus Pond, Sabattus:

810 Ruddy Ducks (exceptional numbers continue; today including one splotchy leucistic bird).
263 Mallards
108 Lesser Scaup
84 Scaup sp (just too far to sort through).
53 American Black Ducks
37 Bufflehead
34 American Coots
28 Greater Scaup
13 Canada Geese
10 Hooded Mergansers
9 Mallard x American Black Duck hybrids.
3 Common Goldeneyes
3 Common Loons
2 REDHEADS (one hen, one drake)
2 Common Mergansers
2 Horned Grebes
1 Red-breasted Merganser
