[Maine-birds] Belfast Bay census of Oct. 6, 2016

On the morning of Oct. 6 Gary Gulezian and I censused the bay.  The number of species found was 14 with 611 individuals counted.  Highlights were a Peregrine Falcon and 21 Great Blue Herons.  The Osprey are gone, but the Double-Crested Cormorants (72) are still around in good numbers.  The full report may be found on ebird by going to the link below:
