Hi all,
Barbara Carlson, Paul Lehman, and I are currently observing a PACIFIC LOON off of East Point at Biddeford Pool. It's likely visible from Ocean Avenue as well.
I'll post horrific but likely identifiable phone-scoped photos later today.
