Hi all,
I stopped by the Portland Fish Pier this morning and observed two King
Eiders: the continuing 1st-winter male (alone near the end of Union
Wharf) and a female (associating with Common Eiders and American Black
Ducks near Holyoke Wharf).
Photos of both are on my eBird checklist, but given the sun angle
they're less than stellar.
