[Maine-birds] S.Thomaston/Rockport

Had a nice brief trip to look for migrants 12:30-3PM today. At Weskeag Marsh in S. Thomaston there were at least 11 Great Egrets, many dozens of Green-winged Teal, and what appears to be a Long-billed Dowitcher. My photos didn’t come out well enough to send to anyone.

At Annis Lane in Rockport, 6 E. Bluebirds greeted us, along with a host of sparrows including one Clay-colored.

At our feeder in Camden, we have had about 100 White-throated Sparrows for the last four days, plus D-e Junco, Chipping & Song Sparrows, Red-Bellied Woodpecker, Carolina Wren, many goldfinches, and 6 Siskins. (Nice to see the latter back after a few years missing.)
