A couple quick stops along Hills Beach Rd yielded >200 perched gulls, but nothing of interest.
Next stop was at the Cliff House at Ogunquit. It was a pretty slow hour of seawatching -
Then on to the Cape Neddick thickets. The very first bird I saw was a really late male Black-throated Blue Warbler. Unfortunately nothing else of interest. I tried to go out to the lighthouse but the road to the parking lot was closed (due to storm damage?).Common Loon - 8Red-throated Loon - 6 (all in one flock)Red-necked Grebe - 4Gannet - 5Storm-Petrel Sp. - 1 - seen briefly before it disappeared behind a swell and I could never refind itHarlequin Duck - 3Black Scoter - 20White-winged Scoter - 16C Eider - 11BL Kittiwake - 3Laughing Gull - 1 (getting late)
