Terry Parsons (yes, related) and I spotted and watched a Snowy Owl from 2:30-3:30 this afternoon, 3/29, at Parsons Beach. It was perched atop a chimney on the blue/gray/white house on the left as you go out to the beach from the roadside parking. We walked up the sand, close enough to verify its turning its head, feathers and wings fluttering in the wind, with good binoculars, but not close enough for a good photo without a scope.
The last report I have seen of one from there was on February 11.
