[Maine-birds] Bangor swallows and possible orchard oriole

This morning at Essex Woods Marsh in Bangor, Northern Rough-winged Swallows, Barn Swallows and Tree Swallows were foraging together over the water at the base of the sledding hill. Just to the right of the big hill in a scrubby area I got a shot of what looks like an Orchard Oriole but would appreciate some identification help.  I saw this bird in the exact area where I have seen Baltimore Orioles in past seasons but this guy just looks too small and too dark for a Baltimore.
