Hi all,
I haven't seen it posted yet, so I wanted to get the word out for anyone who wants to catch a ferry. An "anonymous birder" discovered what certainly appears to be a BREWER'S SPARROW on Monhegan Island this morning.
The bird has been studied and photographed extensively, and heard singing by others.
It was seen, disappeared, and returned to the edge of the road just before it's terminus at the Ice Pond.
