[Maine-birds] Birding on the Schoodic and Narraquagus River

This morning at Frazier Point in the Schoodic Unit of Acadia NP we saw at least 30+ Savannah Sparrows, 20+ White-throated Sparrows, 4 Black-and-White Warblers and one female Rose-breasted Grosbeak.  We also saw two pair of Greater Scaup and 4 Laughing Gulls in Flanders Bay in East Sullivan.

The Narraguagus River in Cherryfield and Milbridge is hosting a least a hundred Double-crested Cormorants - perhaps waiting for the elver migration???   Even Greater Black-backed Gulls were up the river at the Falls in Cherryfield.
