Yes. It was there at least from 11:00 am through 1:30 PM. I hear it most likely flys out to the nearby rocky island when the tide comes in too high.
Look for a group of Rudy Turnstones. The Surfbird stayed with about 7 of them the entire time I was there on Wed.
