[Maine-birds] Diverse Day at River Point (West Falmouth)

10/2/15 wasn't the busiest day with 48 new bands and 10 recaptures, but the diversity was impressive - 20 species including First of Fall (for our nets) Golden Crowned Kinglet (1), Brown Creeper (1), Blue-headed Vireo (1), Hermit Thrush (2)  and White-crowned-Sparrow (1). The species mix clearly has changed with 15 Ruby-crowned Kinglets, 8 new White-throated Sparrows, and 4 Dark-eyed Juncos......and only one lone Gray Catbird (we've banded over 300 this fall).
