My observations of note over the past seven days included:
- 2 Lesser Scaup, Sandy Point Beach, Cousin's Island, 11/26 (with Saturday Morning Birdwalk group).
- 1 COMMON YELLOWTHROAT, 1 Rough-legged Hawk, 1 Winter Wren, etc, Kettle Cove, Cape Elizabeth, 11/27.
- 1 male WILSON'S WARBLER and 2 Ruby-crowned Kinglets, Eastern Promenade, Portland, 11/27.
- 1 Merlin, Stover's Point, Harpswell, 11/29.
- 1 drake Wood Duck, Old Town House Park, North Yarmouth, 12/1.
- 1 RED KNOT, Wharton Point, Brunswick, 12/1 (with client from Maine). Photo at:
- 1 Double-crested Cormorant and 2 Northern Flickers, Saco Riverwalk, 12/2 (with Barbara Carlson and Paul Lehman).
- 1 continuing American Coot, Lord's Pond, Fortunes Rocks Beach, 12/2 (with Barbara Carlson and Paul Lehman).
- the adult "BLUE" SNOW GOOSE continues in the Greater Yarmouth Goose Fields.
