[Maine-birds] Monhegan: Addendum to today's earlier post

Before dinner we went out one last time and had some activity by the Ice Pond, including:

Rose-breasted grosbeak-1
Red-bellied woodpecker-1
Handful of warblers
Cardinal-1
Crossbill spp-1 (pretty sure it was a Red)
Pine Siskin-2

In the Meadow we heard a Virginia rail vocalizing, which is always cool.

My husband also found a smooth green snake.
