Comments: Jon and Margery Hollman from Massachusetts had a wonderful experience in Great Meadow. Swamp Sparrow sat 10 feet away calling, Chestnut-sided Warbler, Alder Flycatchers are here in mass and the Pileated Woodpecker is drumming loudly again this morning. No surprises.

Comments: Jon and Margery Hollman from Massachusetts. A little time was spent near the water and a few good birds were found including an Immature light brown RED-TAILED HAWK sitting in the inter tidal zone being attacked by Crows.

White-winged Scoter (Melanitta fusca) 6 A flock of 4 males and 2 females
Common Loon (Gavia immer) 1 calling
Red-tailed Hawk (Buteo jamaicensis) 1 Immature light brown bird sitting in the tidal zone on the Lamoine side of the narrows.
