Peter,
I was driving north from MA this morning. I had to leave at 12:30 to make an appointment and by then the bird had not appeared. There were Purple Sandpipers and a turnstone or two present. Without the tide up full, however, there could have been more birds out of sight on the ocean side of the rocks.
Just the same, it didn't look good.

Has anyone seen - or not seen - the Surfbird at Biddeford Pool today? I understand some MA birders have been searching without success thus far.
Any other news?
Best,
Peter
