First spotted by members of the Tin Mountain Bird Society and extensively photographed by Mary Jewett and myself.
Can anyone identify? There were clearly 6 Ruddy Turnstones spotted along with 2 Purple Sandpipers with it. The closest peep it resembles is a Surfbird, but that's ridiculous, right?Maine birds mailing list
