With all the cool birds we saw on Monhegan last weekend, the last one expected to be unusual was the Pigeon. I had no idea it is a rarity on the island. Now I am questioning if that is what we really saw. Has anyone else seen one there recently? I have some explaining to do if I want to keep him on my e-bird list.
