[Maine-birds] 22 Pine Grosbeaks in my yard

I know I said that I wasn't going to post Pine Grosbeaks anymore, thinking that I was driving everyone crazy, but knowing that there are some birders that may not have been able to see any yet so I have changed my mind. I have counted a high of 22 birds feeding on crabs in my front yard at 52 Walton St in Portland. They have been feeding on the crabs across the street and 1 house down towards Ocean Ave more often than mine. They seem to favor the one with the orange-yellow berries. They also keep perching on the surrounding tall Oaks, Maples, and Chestnut trees on either side of the street and of my house, and the Blue Spruce trees in my back yard. I didn't see any adult males, but at least one immature male that is looking pretty sharp. If anyone drives by and doesn't see them, there are some more small fruiting trees on my road heading towards Forest Ave from Ocean Ave on the right-hand side where I saw 2 Cedar Waxwings earlier.

Bird haahd,
Noah
