[Maine-birds] Anson and Norridgewock this a.m.

Hi all -- Flushed up 15 Evening Grosbeaks this morning along the Horseback Road just n. of Anson, ME (near Madison). Walking in Father Sebastian Rasle Park in Norridgewock on the banks of the Androscoggin, clear audibles of 2 Belted Kingfishers were a nice surprise, along with a satisfying collection of other species (including 13 Common Goldeneye hens and a Brown Creeper). I recommend a visit to this locale.
And finally, a Red-tailed Hawk was spotted alongside US 201 south of Goodwill - Hinckley and n. of Fairfield.

Best,
Craig K
