Fairly quiet at Mitchell Field; only things of note were semi-lingering Flicker and solo Pine Grosbeak.
Nearby Stover Pt Preserve featured a nice selection of sea-ducks, and a very late Grtr Yellowlegs (photos), eight days later than my latest ever in ME.
Is anyone tallying the number of lingering species this fall? Number seems high.
