[Maine-birds] Black-necked Stilt - Scarborough Marsh, 7/9

Hey everyone:

I haven't seen a positive report of the BLACK-NECKED STILT since the 4th so I wanted to get this out asap. The bird is currently (3:15pm) feeding in the pannes on the east side of the Eastern Trail through the Scarborough Marsh.
