There were three Wilson's Phalaropes in the pannes off Eastern Rd in the Scarborough Marsh this evening 9/17 . They were in a the panne just to the right of the brush island with the duck blind on the east side of the eastern trail. The birds flew out but came down still on the east side of the trail. Leon
